We have conducted mystery shopping for home builders who want to check if salespersons are following sales tracts, lumber yards to check for collusion, restaurants and hotels for quality control and honesty, grocers and pharmacists and even tradespeople to see if they are “moonlighting” at the company expense. We do as few as 1 shop or conduct ongoing programs, using shoppers suited to your market.
