We provide real-time monitoring of existing and new installation camera systems with Wifi capabilities. The fee for service is dependent on the type of business and the volume of activity. You may choose to have us monitor exits and entrances only, 24 hours per day or only during opening hours or after hours. We monitor retail establishments, looking for signs of theft (including shoplifting) during store hours or watch for break-in and vandalism activity after hours, alerting you upon detection. We do not monitor continuously, but only during select times when cameras detect motion, reducing the number of hours and surveillance time required to provide comprehensive service.

You may designate specific times during which we should monitor, specific areas on which we should focus (including specific employee workstations).

You provide the internet connection required. We can set up systems so that you may also receive activation alarms or conduct monitoring.

Fees begin at $16 per month for after-hours monitoring (3-month contract terms) for all businesses, with two cameras monitored. If you have additional cameras that require monitoring, fee for each additional camera is 60% of the initial package (e.g. 4 cameras = 2 cameras at $16*.6= $9.60 plus $16 = $25.60 per month).

For regular hours where traffic volume is less than 10 people per day (e.g. office setting of small construction business), fee is $30 per month for 2 cameras.

For retail outlets and high-volume office settings of less than 50 people per day, monthly fee is $45 per month.

For retail & commercial businesses with 51-180 persons per day (e.g. restaurant and medium-sized hotel), fee is $75 per month. Discounts beyond 60% of initial package available.

For medium to large higher-volume businesses, fee is $90 per month.

Note that we do not do continuous monitoring, but conduct frequent random spot checks, respond to triggering events and do up to 12 hours per week of live monitoring, alerting you to any specific events or persons of interest.

These packages are competitively priced to be less than the typical alarm company security program or investigative/security program (less than $7 per hour for aggregated service), yet are far more effective. They often are employed to detect theft and fraud, identify vandals and break-in artists, assist in developing a comprehensive loss prevention program, or prevent issues from arising.
